Hoan Nguyen has over 7 years of continuous experience in the construction and engineering sector with a focus on development projects particularly relating to commercial real estate, hotel, resort and facilities, and sports and leisure facilities at Hoa Binh Real Estate and Construction Group (HBC) prior to jointly establish GTV.

Hoan has a depth of experience in all types of contracts and procurement structures for projects. This includes design and build works contracts, construction management, management contracting, EPC contracts for high-rise buildings, hotel, resorts and infrastructure projects, framework contracts, a wide variety of standard industry contract forms, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and third party rights and security documentation, supply contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, purchase orders, and the like.

Hoan’s clients include Dong Phuong Group, Hoa Binh Group, Vinh Nha Trang Group, Artelia Group, Kurihara, COFICO, Pado, Sinh Nam.

Hoan received her LLB, Faculty of Commerical Law in 2010; and her LLM in 2017 all from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
